What counts as an order?
Every order placed on your store in a calendar month, online or in person, whether or not the customer is a member.
What if I go over my plan's orders?
TierWise keeps running and nobody loses their tier or their codes. Extra orders are billed at your plan's rate, $15 per 100 on Starter and Growth, $5 per 100 on Scale, and appear on the same Shopify invoice. If the next plan up would work out cheaper for you, we'll tell you.
How am I billed?
Through your Shopify invoice, like any other app from the Shopify App Store.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you like.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
TierWise stops immediately. Your Shopify store, orders, customers and products are never touched. Only TierWise's own records (its copy of order totals, tiers, reward code history and your settings) are deleted, when Shopify asks for it 48 hours after uninstalling. Reinstall before then and your program is still there. More on data & privacy.
