The admin

A tour of every page in the app.

Setup

Until your program is up and running, the app opens on a checklist: name your tiers, sync your customers, add the Rewards page. When all three are done, press All done at the bottom and the rest of the app appears. See Getting started.

Members

Everyone who has ordered this year, with their tier, spend, order count, progress to the next tier, join date, reward codes, and the tier they'll hold after the January review.

Search by name or email, and filter by:

Download CSV exports exactly the rows on screen. The sync button lives here too, and in January a banner shows while everyone is moved onto their new tier.

A customer's page

Click a customer's reward count to see their status this year, their tier history (the day they first reached each tier), and every reward code they've been given, split into available and past, with a copy button.

Analytics

A grid of numbers, each with a green or red change against a comparison period. It opens on Since launch: from the day you first saved your tiers, compared with the same number of days before it, so history from before you started is only ever the baseline.

Pick any other period, a preset like this month or this year or your own dates, and compare it with the period before or with the same dates last year.

GroupNumbers
Your storeSales, orders, average order, and customers who ordered twice or more.
The clubSales from members and their share of all sales, members' average order versus everyone else, members on the last day and per tier, new members, and orders that took a customer into a new tier.
Reward codesOrders that used a code and what they came to after discounts, the share of orders using a code, and codes redeemed and issued.

Below the grid: new members month by month, members by tier on the last day of each period, what the January review would decide if it ran today with a table of past reviews, and how long the climb takes: the typical, average, fastest and slowest time to reach each tier, to move up one, and to go from zero to the top. That last table is all-time, so it doesn't follow the period filter. Useful for knowing whether someone who's been Bronze for three months is on track or stalled.

Membership is judged as it was at the time: an order counts as club sales only if the customer already held a tier when they placed it, and "members last September" is what was true then, not now.

Integrations

One card per connection, Shopify Flow and Klaviyo, each linking to its guide here, plus the Send sample events button that fires every event once for a customer you choose. See Shopify Flow and Klaviyo.

Settings

Saving updates the Rewards page immediately. To update every customer's tags and fields with new thresholds, click Re-apply to all customers. Re-applying is the same job as the first sync: it can take a while on a big store, picks up where it left off if interrupted, and never issues codes or sends events.
