What TierWise keeps, why, and what happens to it when you leave.
What TierWise keeps

TierWise doesn't keep addresses, phone numbers, payment details or the products in an order.
Permissions

In your store
- TierWise only changes customer tags that start with
loyalty-, and its ownloyaltyfields. See Tags & metafields. - The Rewards page shows each customer only their own data, read from Shopify through their signed-in account.
- Nothing is written to your store until you've saved your tiers and started the sync.
If you uninstall
TierWise stops straight away. Shopify asks apps to delete their copy of a store's data 48 hours after it uninstalls, and TierWise then deletes everything in the table above: its order summaries, customer names and emails, tiers, reward code history and your settings. If you reinstall within those 48 hours, your program is still there.
Nothing in your Shopify store is deleted. Your orders, customers, products and everything else stay exactly as they are. Only TierWise's own records go.
Tags, fields and discount codes already in your store stay there after uninstalling. Remove loyalty- tags from customers in bulk if you no longer want them.
Customer data requests
- Deletion. When a customer asks your store to erase their data, Shopify tells TierWise, and TierWise deletes their orders summary, stats, codes and history.
- Access. Everything TierWise holds about a customer is visible to you on their page in the app.
