Claude
Add TierWise as a connector in Claude and ask about your program in your own words. Claude can read your loyalty data; it never changes anything.
Connecting
- Make a key on the Integrations page in TierWise. It is shown once.
- Press Connect to Claude. Claude opens its Add custom connector dialog with the name and server URL filled in. Choose No sign-in, press Add header, select Authorization, paste the header value from TierWise, and save. Claude keeps the key and sends it with every request.
- Ask something. "Which members are closest to Gold?" Claude calls TierWise and answers from your store's data.
The key belongs to one store: whoever has it can read your loyalty data, so keep it to your own account. Making a new key on Integrations stops the old one working; Disconnect stops it too.
What you can ask
- How many members do I have in each tier?
- Who is within $50 of Gold? Who would drop a tier in January?
- What codes does Maya hold, and when do they expire?
- How did the Summer sale campaign do?
- How did club sales this month compare with last month?
- Draft an email to Silver members who are close to Gold.
Claude reads the same figures the app shows: tiers, spend this year, distance to the next tier and the next reward code, year-end outcomes, every code with its state, analytics for any period, and your campaigns. Amounts come back in your store's currency.
What Claude can see
| Tool | Answers |
|---|---|
program_overview | Your tiers, what reaches them, their rewards, how many members hold each, and your launch date. |
list_members | Members by tier or situation, the Members page's filters: close to a tier, close to a reward, at risk in January, holding codes, codes expiring. With a name or email search. |
customer_details | One customer: tier, spend, next tier and reward, join date, a tier set by hand, and every code with its state. |
analytics | The Analytics page's figures for a period, against the previous period or the same period last year. |
campaigns | Your campaigns, with codes issued and used. |
find_customers | Customers by name or email, members or not. |
Good to know
- Read-only. Claude can't give codes, change tiers or settings. Those stay in the app.
- Your store only. The address belongs to one store, and every answer is that store's data.
- Other tools work too. Anything that speaks MCP can use the same server URL with the same header.
- Nothing is sent to Claude on its own. TierWise answers questions when asked; it never pushes data anywhere.
